It is my immense pleasure and honor to serve as the president of our prestigious organization for the 2026-2028 term. I sincerely thank all NAPA members for entrusting me to lead the organization as your president. I have taken this responsibility very seriously and am prepared to serve NAPA family, community, and beyond. I greatly value and respect all the founding members of NAPA for their vision, efforts, and dedication to establish NAPA and pave its way during the initial stage. I want to convey my sincere respect, appreciation, and gratitude to all previous NAPA presidents, leadership teams, executive committee members, advisors, and chairs and members of all committees/sub-committees, who contributed to accomplish the mission and vision of NAPA and serve its members and communities. I am very thankful to the editorial board of the Global Journal of Agricultural and Allied Sciences (GJAAS), editorial assistants, technical experts, reviewers, and all others who contributed to publishing the high-quality scholarly work of our members and others from around the globe. As we have started a new journey to lead NAPA, I congratulate all officials and members of the executive committee, chairs and members of new committees/sub-committees, as well as GJAAS editorial board, editorial assistants, and technical experts for your new or continued role for this new term. Thank you all for your dedication and commitment to serving NAPA, and I look forward to working with you all in a very transparent, coherent, candid, and responsible manner to continue on NAPA’s rising trajectory. I take this opportunity to appeal to all NAPA members and well-wishers for your input, contributions, and collaboration for NAPA’s continuous growth and strength. With that said, I would like to take a moment to share our grief and condolences on behalf of the entire NAPA family to all those affected by the recent flash flood in Nepal. To support Nepal government in the recue, relief, and rehabilitation of all affected by this havoc, let us show our solidarity and contribute to the fundraiser launched by NAPA. Every contribution irrespective of the amount makes a huge difference in the lives of those affected.
